With an audit fast approaching and some necessary changes to be made in the layout of the factory, Dave joined the team for 6 weeks which resulted in positive audit outcome.

The business was partially prepared in some areas, but overall the standard were well below what was required. After the initial review meeting with the local team it was agreed that the best way forward would best to reorganise the manufacturing area and instil the 5S workplace organisations disciplines across the site

Results Achieved

De-cluttered the site & reset the drill shop workflow.
Reduction in cycle time by 30% by introducing a new more efficient inline filtering process
